Unstuck is a daily conversation game created for families to express, connect, and grow together. The goal of Unstuck is to provide a safe space for children to share their emotions, discuss them constructively, and create positive coping mechanisms with their parents. This products aims to bridge the gap between parents and their children. Each emotion is paired with a dinosaur to help create a more inviting environment for children to talk about their feelings. This product comes with a parent guide, conversation cards, a children's workbook, stickers, and a choice of stuffed animal.
Instructions: When your child comes home from school (work, playdate, sports, etc.), they grab a card that reflects their emotion at that time. The back of the card offers a physical exercise or a coping mechanism on the corresponding workbook page. Each page encourages growth and open communication between the child and their parents.
